Michael, you can sell the vehicle with a bonded title, but the bond does not necessarily transfer with the sale. Meaning the new owner will not be liable for any claims there might be on the vehicle before he/she purchased it, the person who originally purchased the bond, and applied for a bonded title will be liable for claims.
