Why do the hours state they are open until 5pm if they lock the door at 4pm? And they stay well past 5pm helping all those people who got in the door before 4pm. Are their stated hours a deceptive lie?

But why do they state 5pm? The doors are locked at 4pm. They work until after 6pm. What does 5pm have to do with any reality? It's just false.

NO, just too many people to handle. If they kept the doors open till 5pm the staff would not be able to go home till 8-10pm.
