I think their loaners are only free if your car was in an accident and your insurance company is footing the bill. Their rental program is good though, and it's affordable. You rent directly from Darcars Honda, NOT Enterprise. They use the info from your current auto policy; so, you do not buy "extra" insurance. Also, you return the car at the service lane when you pick up your own car.
The loaners used to be free but unfortunately, due to overhead overruns, now low cost rentals are offered. Depending on how big a job is being performed, I'm pretty sure something can be worked out.
It's a great dealership not 100% sure I think it depends on the reason or length of time I doubt it for a repair that's several hour or most of the day perhaps if it's a day or longer. I believe however they have a shuttle service that may be of some assistance, there is no reason they can't answer that by phone if you know the type of repair i would just ask them direct can they provide a loaner or shuttle service while that repair is being done and ve sure to ask if the shuttle will pick you up if you choose that option, some service dept drop off but don't pick up, I hope this helps.
