I don't like giving bad reviews because things can always be worked out. We bought an SUV in April this year. There were a couple minor things that needed to be fixed and they agreed for us to contact them and scheduled the repairs. The only person in the entire Darcar company that would be fixing our issue did not start for another 1-2 weeks. My wife called several times to make the appointment and never received a date. She would call sales guy and manager and both just gave her the runaround. I started calling and leaving messages to be called back and they have simply ignored the request. I managed to speak to the sales department manager and he said he would look into our problem and call me back. Yeah, didn't happen. My suggestion is NEVER EVER, EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I will never buy anything from Darcars and I tell anyone and everyone to avoid them because once you buy from them they will ignore any question, concern, or issues you may have with your vehicles. If I could give them negative stars I would. Now to post on Yelp and other sites. Let's see if they finally decide to reach out.

I am disappointed with that place, the first time I got a car there 5 months ago and I had to take it for repair 2 times and apart from the fact that the cars there do not have a guarantee I had to pay for all the repairs and each repair I had to wait more than 5 days definitely very bad service. I'm thinking of not recommending that place again.

Hi! Perhaps I can shed some light on why the oil change sometimes takes "hours". Even though the clock starts from the time you arrive and the repair order is completed, unfortunately, depending on the volume of work that's already in the shop, it is not uncommon for the first half hour to pass before your car's brought into the shop. Once assigned to a tech, the actual oil change takes about 10 to 20 minutes depending on whether your model has a convoluted undercarriage undertray or not. "Where the does the rest of the time go?", one might ask... Your complimentary multipoint Inspection! Between inspecting brakes, steering and suspension and undercarriage parts, fluid levels, tire pressures and tread thickness and other sundry items that may be of import, quite a bit of time is expended compiling a concise status report... ...a bit more time if parts and labor estimates are warranted. This can take 10 to 30 mins. This is how oil changes can take up to 2+ hrs. I hope this helps.

I think their loaners are only free if your car was in an accident and your insurance company is footing the bill. Their rental program is good though, and it's affordable. You rent directly from Darcars Honda, NOT Enterprise. They use the info from your current auto policy; so, you do not buy "extra" insurance. Also, you return the car at the service lane when you pick up your own car.
