I highly recommend Anu. I have been attending Anu's classes every Friday since September. She is the absolute best, an "east meets west" fusion of yoga and quantum healer. I had a facial rejuvenation, which I felt made me look ten years younger. Every Friday, I look forward to attending class with Anu.

I just recently moved out of the area and this place is what I'll miss most. The teachers at Imagine are superb and make you feel right at home. I was new to yoga and meditation when I first started coming here, but I didn't feel like I was being judged or treated any differently than those individuals who had been practicing for years. Linda and Barry are excellent yoga instructors and offers many other cool and interesting classes. And Sheree has such a calming presence when guiding meditations and SoulCollage. If you're thinking about coming here don't hesitate!

Thursday nights at 7pm with Sheree Ruhl is also another great option if you are looking for a class that includes chair yoga. The class is called "Gentle Yoga". It is a mixed class where some yogis opt to use chairs while others use their yoga mats. Sheree does a great job of making sure everyone feels welcomed, included, and has a great class. We hope to see you there!
