After being loyal for so many years it is obvious that for over a year, as seen in the reviews, that management has gone down hill and does not care about customer service. You take people's money from monthly memberships and do not provide services. You limit who you can see, how many times to see them, and can't book anything in advance even though management says they have enough staff to provide these services. Amanda is one of the managers that is unable to provide any management contact above her saying "Gaby doesn't have a professional phone number to call". So she is allowed to treat customers unprofessionally without repercussions. I have already tried the link that you send to everyone to respond and will reroute you to the same facility that you are dealing with. I have already left messages for the owner. It is unfortunate that we have to use social media to be heard. I am trying to prevent others from dealing with this heartache. As you can see by yelp reviews Valencia is giving Massage envy a bad name. They require mask for customers but don't wear it themselves. This is one sided. Hopefully is paying attention to the many poor reviews.

Such a corrupt business. I understand being under staffed after the pandemic but don’t use it as an excuse to get over on your customers. No appointments available and we keep accruing more and more banked hours. We can’t cancel membership without losing our paid for services and they keep taking the monthly payment. I thought that was called extortion? Corporate has no responsibility and management won’t even call us back. Criminal

The front desk and management needs professionalism and better communication. The shop was closed at my appointment time. No sign and No answer for phone and text. Masseur, Natuya and I were waiting for over 30min. windy outside. It was opened after I stayed in a grocery for 8min. because it was too cold and windy. The front desk, Amanda said that my appt. will be rescheduled due to a “front desk emergency “ without any apologies . She said no schedule available until Jan.2022. Her attitudes are not a good fit for a customer service at all. I didn’t take a hand mist what she told she could give. I understand emergency can be happened but her attitude doesn’t make sense. Masseur eventually tried to to schedule me in one week. It’s very disappointing that management and customer services in Massage Envy in Valencia are getting worse.
