Indio nursing has poor management. Poor delegation and when you take time off for being sick, the CNA that does the scheduling guilts you into coming in and if you call off she will hang up on you and not hear what you have to say. The turn over rated is insane. Plus, they refuse to work with you about getting your sick time in. So when I left I had 12 hours of sick time that I earned. And they refused to pay it out even though I was sick for two weeks. (Not COVID but apparently you can’t Jamie a common cold OR the flu, which I had ) What a joke of a facility. Office staff, HR and management is a joke as well.

My brother in law didn't even last a month in this facility. In order for him to be alive he needed his oxygen thru his tracheostomy and on sunday night my sister receives a call from his nurse saying he was found without a pulse and had passed. He had been very anxious since he got there, he seems to have removed his oxygen and they didn't notice until they found him dead. He was only 45...

I've been here at this facility for almost a month and all I can say is that the nursing staff, the administration staff, and housekeepers are amazing. They are so helpful in every way. Even in the most uncomfortable situations they deeply care. I have no complaints about anyone here during my stay.

Not sure exactly what is being said here, but it is very negative. I suppose people may have different experiences. My family is actually very grateful for the care they give to my Dad. He is there long-term and has been there for more than 2 years. He has never had a bed sore and his health has improved since he has been there. I would even say he is thriving. He has friends and likes all the staff. They love my dad, even though he can be ornery at times. Thank you, INR!!!
