The library is quite small and the number of books available is limited, which is a shame as it is sorely needed in our community. It seems to me that the city should allocate more funds for this place and give it the importance that a library deserves in these times and in this community.

General parking for the library only? No. There are less than 5 parking spaces behind it but it is shared with the adjacent businesses. The library staff has to park somewhere. Residential parking is rare. Read the signs and hope someone will leave before you come.
No you have to have Chicago public library card..if u don't have 1 you can apply with State ID or Driver's license with your current address if you don't have those 2 pieces of mail post dated no later than 30 days..hope this helps
