Indian Palms Security Gate

Indian Palms is so weird. It's a gated community made up of sections that are all different ages, eras, architectural styles and levels of maintenance (or lack of maintenance). It has single family houses, single story condos, apartment-like condos and little "bungalows". Some sections are high-end, some look like low income housing. It's just so strange. Some were built 40 years ago, some 10 years ago. I just don't care for it personally.

If you live here, get a transponder. There's tons of congestion at peak hours at the front gate, it's not a very efficient system so I would suggest a widening of the entry in the future and with that an additional guardhouse to verify entrants. The gate guards are often overloaded with people trying to get in; it's a disservice not only to the guard staff, but the residents when the master HOA doesn't address this and bad actors slip through the cracks. Be proactive, not reactive.
