I have lived here for 3 years. It’s a comfortable apartment, in an area where there is almost everything within walking distance, and an amazing staff. Brenda is an amazing manager and a caring individual. Israel is great at maintenance and whenever I ask for anything I am always very well taken care of. Only one draw back, I have a very selfish neighbor when it comes to respect and noise, but other than that I love it here and have no intention of leaving anytime soon. Thank you Brenda and team!

I have lived at Mountain View Cottages for a little over one and a half years and I am truly so appreciative of Viviana, Brenda, and the rest of the office and management staff. They are so genuine and helpful, which goes a long way as I have lived in plenty of complexes where making a request with the office feels like a battle. Our maintenance team is not only super friendly but quick! Any issues I report are fixed in a timely manner and work better than before. Our pool is kept clean, the area is well lit at night and security will make appearances and I have always felt really safe. My job allows me to see a lot of complexes around the valley and knowing what other tenants have to deal with has made me even more appreciative of what I have here at Mountain View so I just wanted to share my experiences with anyone considering moving in.
