K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons at Terra Lago

I purchase a new KHOV home in the four seasons Terra Lago community in January 2022. By March (3 months later) the main waterline to the house broke due to a faulty elbow. Then over the 4th of July weekend (6 months after the purchase) the main water line to the house broke again but in a different location. This time we find out there was no glue holding the elbow together in a different elbow. Makes me feel insecure about the future of the main water line to the house.

I give 5 stars for the homes, but hesitant on 2 of the sales women. Barbara does a great job and gets 5 stars, but Ann & one other from about a year ago Joan, I think they were rude. Why Ann has worked with that company as long as she has and still has a job there is a wonder. The upper management has no clue who she really is. But after the women leave the nice homes remain.
