My son was in accident. The other party still has not visited or looked at my vehicle which is sitting in shop a week and 4 days later. What do I do ?

The other party you are talking about should be the adjuster of other parties insurance. First and foremost you should have a police report and by now you should call Jim Adler & Associates who knows how to handle the case in the best way possible. When you call the law farm, they will send you an agent to collect every information from you like your personal information, and sign a contract to properly represent you. If you give them the police report, they will be able to contact the other party's insurance. They will also assist you with your therapy while they fight your battle 💪 for you.
