Accident occured a month ago. 50/50 fault the insurance company said and will not pay for damages. Bad weather both at fault according to insurance company. But bad bad pain come from left side of body. Can you help?

I don't work there but I would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you call their office, they interview over the phone, if you can't come in, they'll send an investigator to you, BUT DON'T EVER try to NEGOTIATE with the other person INSURANCE; they are not in the BUSINESS to be YOUR FRIEND.
