A job well done

Thank you for all the hard work. You all went to work for me as a client and I really appreciate it. I felt more than just a number/case. I was updated with new information along the way. I would love to give a big shout out to Jose Martinez for all the hard work and the whole staff. Thank you all for everything you are amazing, these guys are five star definitely.

Helped throughout the whole process. Tony Sanchez did what needed to be done to get me the most from the insurance company. Answered within reasonable timeframe and was willing to help and answer all my questions.

Watch out. Crooks in my opinion.

True, I checked it myself.
I do not recommend this law firm, they have disappointed me a lot and lie a lot and do not keep their word. They never answer the phone calls more than two years it took our case and in the end we just wasted our time with these people LOOK FOR A GOOD LAWYER
We charge a contingency fee. If we don’t win, you don’t pay.
We have been in business for 32 years, starting in Dallas in 1988 and expanding to several other cities and towns throughout Texas.
We do not offer payment plans.
Yes. We do offer free consultations so we can evaluate your case and sign a client up at no cost to the client.
The typical statute of limitations in Texas is 2 years.
The process for personal injury cases can be a long one, sometimes spanning multiple years. We communicate with our clients throughout this process particularly when there’s significant movement or updates to the case. This may mean there’s weeks where you’ll hear from us several times throughout the week, for example if we’re going to trial imminently, or periods of multiple months where you only hear from us once or twice, for example if we’re waiting for an insurance company to respond to a demand.
Yes. We are available to meet with you at any time.
A client has the right to terminate any attorney for cause. The attorney may have the right to maintain interest if not for cause.
Yes. Injuries come in all sizes. Big or small, we handle them all.
Past medical expenses, future medical expenses, past lost wages, future loss of wage-earning capacity, past pain and suffering, and past mental anguish are all things you can be compensated for.
In Texas, if you are 51% at fault or more you are barred from recovery. If you are less than 51% at fault, you have a case subject to your comparative fault.
It’s actually common for personal injury cases to be settled without the need to go to trial. Our company’s experience with insurance companies and reputation for being willing to go to trial for our clients can help make insurance companies more likely to settle as well, not wanting to take a bet on going to trial.
The firm will pay (advance) most case related expenses and they will be deducted from the settlement.
Very unprofessional they dont believe in updating you about your case. I have been trying to get in contact with the lawyer for 2 weeks nust to see if they received a document through fax. Now they tell me today my lawyer is not my lawyer anymore that i have a new lawyer and he is saying i have to wait till the end of the week before he can get in contact with me to let me know if he received a fax. Never will i deal with these people again.
If your car insurance isn't covering the accident, there might be other options like getting compensation from someone who hit you. We can discuss the specifics of your situation more easily and more in-depth if you call us at 800-777-7777
No
I'm not sure if these attorneys do that type of work
