We used the middle one and we were charged with our card but it wouldn't turn on. So we got quarters and the soap foam brush did not work. Then we tried to just get the automatic car wash and that wouldn't work either!!! No one on duty, left with a half washed car and $10.00 down the drain.

This place is a total rip off. Took $20 off my card even after I hit end. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH🀬

For all the people that said this place steals $20: yes it holds $20 from your debit or credit card and yes it does take a while for it to clear the actual price. But when it does it will reflect the correct price for the amount that you use. Most of these people never updated their review.

Manual wash charged me $20 by card and not by the amount of time used!!!! Made sure to click β€œstop”.

Came here often w/ my cars for touchless wash, but this last time the dryer stopped after ~5 seconds! Saw it happen to the SUV in front of me & figured they did something wrong, but then it happened to me. WHY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT INFO??

Did you look near the change machine, I thought there was a sign there .

I do not understand something. I was at your Prospect Heights Splish Splash Car Wash yesterday. I came there to wash my vehicle. I paid $5.00 in cash to wash my vehicle. I sprayed my vehicle down with water first. I then soaped my vehicle all up.

Then, use the brush to get the dirt off, rinse and dry. It's simple. Check out Ammo NYC on You Tube to see more how to videos on how to properly take care of your car, ma'am.
