Very bad car wash does not clean and dry .

The buffing service was great, and got off all the grime that was on my car. However, the wax doesn't seem to be performing as well as I expected. The rain doesn't roll off like it should and is still pooling on the vehicle and I find that I have to hand dry it after I park in my garage if I don't want water spots on the paint the next day.
