It all depends upon what's needed to assemble and exchange between Mr. Adler's office, the insurance companies involved, the insurance company's lawyers, your medical records regarding the severity of your injury and what's required to make you whole through physical therapy, surgeries, etc. Your attorney will be assembling a brief and potential settlement negotiations for the other side. Once that's submitted then it's in the other guys control regarding their investigation and their counter offer. My case was relaying easy and it took around a year. There is a possibility that Jim addler may help u but unfortunately if u have insurance the best bet is that ur insurance will have to pay for ur damages, but if u only have liability than try to built a case and get the footage and the plates for the other car so u can take them to court and make the owner of the vehicle that impacted u pay for ur damages.

Jim adler is.a liar he gave me two names of a rehab.and one week and a half he had his secretery to call and say he could not take the case then he pass it on to another crooked lawyer .lopeze asociate. Which i did not know that they were in together.i won they never told me how much. They kept the lump sum.then the 6, 7oo i was suppose to get.jim adler got 40% lopeze took 3,000 out plus some guy i never heard of got a share.so to make it short.they stole all of my money but in THE NAME OF JESUS GOD SAY,S THEY WILL ALL REAP AND SOWE FOR THE WAY THEY CHEATED ME AND THEN SOME LADY SHE CALL ME LIEING TO ,THEY GOT ME I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYBODY TO DEAL WITH THOSE DEMONS.THEY ARE NOT GOD CHILDREN.BUT THEY WON ON EARTH BUT IN HEAVEN THEY LOST.
