The management is non responsive, the staff will never admit wrongdoing, very non-professional responses to reviews when the management won't respond. I will go ANYWHERE else and pay any amount before I recommend Hacienda

You have the right to go somewhere else if your not happy. Speaking for myself, I've alway had good experience with them.

I have never had an issue there as well and have been going there for more than 15 years. If you have a valid issue, they tend to be very responsive.

Wow, so sorry you've had a bad experience, I've been going there for over a decade and never had the tiniest issue. Have you tried a dm, rather than public ranting?
