There is a place in Irving south on 183 and MacArthur that repairs all sorts of TVs. They also have rebuilt TVs for cheap. Was able to keep the 58 inch DLP tv I got for free running for three years with parts cheap. Also frequently on Facebook market pkace or Craigslist people sell em used all the time.
Your best bet for a cheap tv would be at Frys Electronics.
Mostly I buy computer-related staff. I don't recall seeing TV in that price range.
No they are more focused on bigger quality TVs. You probably want walmart for that price
