If anyone can suggest a drone for first time user with a camera

I got a DJI Phantom 3 Professional a few years ago. No drone experience at all, and it worked great. You can get a less expensive Phantom 3 Standard if you like, but it is missing some functions for stability (camera down to keep it more still).

Buy the cheapestone with a camera since u more likely gonna crashed it :)))

The UDI U818A Plus WiFi is an excellent choice. You won't be disappointed.
