How do you actually get through the stupid phone options to talk to a person, instead of being told you need to check the web site????

I know. I don't want to spend a hour in traffic each way just to find out they're OOS. Won't give you the in store pickup option.

Dialing 0 returns you to the main menu. There is no shortcut.

I agree with some answers and disagree with others. My statement is why do they waste money on having a telephone if they are not going to use it.

This is the nicest, best staff and best computer store there is. I’ve shopped here a ton. Just want a positive post among the whiners. Seriously this store is a gem. If it weren’t there, you’d have NO place to go.

well... it seems they no longer have a phone. not on google or their web page.

I agree with James. Its similar tO Frys, they dont have people just for the phones and when busy dont get to the calls. Its best to simply drive down there.
