Business is good. The don't need one
As others have said, their website generally works well for mobile and desktop users. In addition, an app would require a significant investment of resources that they likely would prefer to invest elsewhere
They don't need it
Good question. They're not really that big of a company like Best Buy. I'll guess that they see now benefit in having customers come to their store to peruse their wide selection of electronics as opposed to having in-store pickup via app. Perhaps there isn't functionality that an app could add that would make a quantifiable difference to their bottom line.
The website works great
Mobile apps haven't proven to be a main pathway for customers to reach retails. They are also expensive and generally offer no additional benefit over a mobile compliant website. Do you know a product or service that Micro Center offers that would be substantially improved my moving it into a mobile app?
Because they have better things to spend money on?
