Well I was told i had a old heating system and air unit which its good for now served me 15 yr no problem they dont use my type anymore but when that time comes to gut out my system replace it, ruff estimate would be about a little over 6000 & out side unit you know well depending on the size you needed to accommodate the size of your home .I'm not literate on how the prices run, you would have to call A-1 air and talk to those guys but I like my experience I had with them so I had a common job that day. I'm going to try to hold on to my system as long as I can mine was electric. I'll cross that bridge whn I get to it. Good luck
