Yeah they really don’t care about their business with you. But money yes. They do want your money if possible.
Today the high was 115. My new HVAC (installed yesterday) unit does not function properly. At 1850 I called them and they said someone would come tonight. I called an hour later. I was told theyre were working hard and theyd be out tonight. 2219 still nothing. I have 4 kids and a wife in a manufactured home with busted brand new hvac. Please help me A#1. What did I do wrong? What can I do?
After 10 years with A1 (bought a new unit in ‘12, their Green Air UV unit in ‘18, and were part of their $25 a month membership package) we left A1 for Rescue Air. Ironically the founder of Rescue (Mike) used to be the top sales person at A1. Not sure what happened to A1 over the past few years but they don’t treat loyal customers any differently than new customers.

Having trouble getting a corrected final cost on work done on our unit on 2/8/22. A #1 Air keeps claiming it has to be researched and corrected by their accounting department, however, no one will call me back with an answer after 2 weeks of waiting. Then we were conned into getting a "payment plan" through their business cause we couldn't afford it all at one time. However, they turned around and billed us for the full amount of work not performed because duct cleaning would damage our ductwork. I keep getting the runaround and soon someone is going to want a payment from me. Someone please help me resolve this quickly.
Every time I see an A #1 Air commercial it reminded me of how they pay for them. Technician came to one of my rentals, opened the cabinet and said you need a whole new unit for $7k. I sId no and called someone else who fixed it for $150. It’s a two ton unit. $7k???? No need to throw them further under the bus.

Idk . But I had a appointment on a Saturday ...temperature over 100 Called bc they were late. They told me they were on the way. Never seen or heard from them yet🤬
