Management has failed to followup as usual. 3 days without hot water! Wonder how it would be if I were three days late on my rent?

I had to fix my own water heater. They never came. Ditto for the new toilet I was promised every day for two weeks. Fixed that myself too.

We had the same issue the whole time we lived there. Things would not get fixed or addressed on time and once things were really bad maintenance would come in with attitude and on multiple occasions even would blame us for not addressing this issue earlier. Even we had and multiple times
