I need to see a Rheumatologist to be screened for autoimmune disease but have no insurance and can't afford the 400 dollar charge to see the one my Dr. Recommended. Can Cook County Hospital help me?

I am in the income group that makes just a bit too much to qualify. I have tried. Insurance deductible is more than i spend in a year of medical. I am unable to physically work enough hours to qualify for my employer's healthcare. So yeah.
