I wanted to review the Thorek Cafe in the lower level of the hospital. The cafeteria is amazing! I honestly would just come here for the breakfast. The food is amazing, the coffee is strong, and the prices are just right. Sonya made me the best bagel sandwich! Thank you to the unsung heroes in the cafe! You guys are the bomb! And great customer service, you guys deserve a raise :)

Very very poor. ER Reception told me someone will come out to register me only to pack his bags and leave. Next shift was only coming in 30 min later. I was never registered. Still waiting with my shoulder injury

Every one was nice except for 1 ortho Tech that felt like he could curse me out in a room with a camera that doesn't record voice now isn't that terrible 🤔

If I could give them zero stars because how unprofessional they are here I would. Went to primary care and the receptionist was rude, she told me I could have a seat when I didn't let her know why I was there and when i cam back to tell her I had a appointment me she responded with "I know." Secondly, I overheard the doctor and receptionist saying that "I don't know why he keeps coming here." I understand that my insurance didn't transfer properly, but that could have simply been solved by saying they just need me to call them to get it resolved. No need be disrespectful when nobody is disrespecting you.
