I came to Jackson park hospital on 10-19-22 in an ambulance. Once being place in the back you have the medical assistance and cnas standing playing not doing anything. The nurse actually let me walk away with a IV Still in my arm after discharging me

They are so unprofessional and the ultra sound tech that was there morning shift at 9 am on 10/18/2022 needs to be fired the lady was so rude and disrespectful sitting there eating hot chips w her daughter and than think she gone dig inside me without washing hands

I went in because I was having a anxiety attack. The nurse were rude and when I asked for company because I felt like I was going to have another episode they told me, “Miss. Lady we are at work. We can’t help you” they didn’t give me any treatment for my asthma. Nor check up on me. They are ghetto, worst HOSPITAL I ever went and they should be either re staff or be shut down. Disgusting environment🤮 They were on they phones most of the times and not they there patients seriously. JACKSON PARK COUNT YOUR MF DAYS.

This is by far the WORST hospital to go to. Staff (including the security guards) are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Been waiting in the ER seating area for hours and no one checks on you. Everyone is either on their phone or standing by the desk. Would rather take Tylenol than to ever go there again....

They also have a Detox floor for heroin addictive people
You can get a copy of a birth certificate sent to you if you order it online. You can also print out an application for the copy and go to the office. It is in the basement of the Daley Center. My copy was mailed to me for $3 extra. They charge for copies now.
They are also rude and very busy doing suduko and cross words rather then help a Patient with the real problems they have

I wk there yrs ago i even had my baby boy there the nursing staff is wonderful it's a great hospital no matter wut the ppl say i say other wise the 3 fl is 4 regular patient tat is sick getting well
