Super great environment to live in! Slight bug problem due to entryway door gaps, but maintenance is very kind and efficient. Short drive to clemson campus and right next to the neighborhood Walmart! Highly recommend living here!

Lived here for a couple months, haven't had a problem. Been having a great time. People that work here are really nice and helpful. Rooms are great, a lot of room for one person and a really nice kitchen. No complaints.

i’m living at clemson edge this year and it has been incredible!! the amenities are so nice, i’m personally obsessed with the gym!! i would recommend it to just about anyone!

I've seen a ton in the hallway and at least 2 a week in our actual apartment. They like crawling on the walls. Its gross
These apartments are leased to students. The management company leases by the bedroom. So a 4 bedroom would be over $2000.00 per month
