Maybe you should go to the emergency room.
If you can't get someone dependable to take you now. Depending on how you feel call 911 give your name and number and what your attempting to get to the Emergency Room at the nearest Hospital... Especially Stroger Hospital. They will take very good care of you there... I hope and pray you find the root cause of the Problem or issue....
