If you have no insurance, they will register you for county care, if you don't have a job. If you do you will have to pay in accordance to what you make.. Nothing is free anymore.Minimal Federal funding.

If u have insurance they charge them if not they have a program to pay if u can't. But you'll have to pay something unless u can prove u cant
