Does the service cover un-insured patients. Do we need an appointment

You need insurance and an appointment unless you going to the emergency room.

They will sign you up for insurance (Medicaid) at registration and you don't need an appointment but you will have to go through the Emergency department in a pretty long line after that they might give you an appointment if they can't get you in that day depending on your diagnosis.
