I suffered an accident having a tree fall on top of my head. My insurance tells me they are not responsible for my accident . The accident accured August 2018 and my health is becoming more serious by the day. Can i come in for an MRI / CT scan.

You would have to see a Dr. there first and explain what happened and they would go from there depending on the Dr.'s findings. Go into emergency room first and they will get you registered and send you to a Dr.
