I went early around 5 am, I waited about 20 minutes to be triaged, then 15 minutes to be registered, then 15 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Not bad.

There is no one answer If you're properly triaged, your wait to be seen can be only minutes. Less urgent issues WILL wait longer.
