You can make an appt online and avoid the possibility of a long wait if they're particularly busy. This is optional and I've only ever had to wait upwards of an hour on a first come/served basis. Usually wait times are 10-20 min. It just depends on how you tolerate waiting. There's no downside to making an appt. You will get the time you want. Sometimes I don't know what time I will actually get there, in which case I won't make an appt
