Friendly staff including receptionist and nurse, but overall approach to medicine should be reevaluated. There are many signs stating that "antibiotics can be harmful." Unfortunately this stance on antibiotics prevents empiric treatment, and as a result I left the clinic with an untreated bacterial infection while waiting for lab tests to return.

Unfathomale as to how THIS IS NORTHWESTERN MEDICINE a facility I have come to know for its highest standardsin research, patient care and practioners. Dr. William Carr must have resigned his post as President, as my visit to this Barbie (&Ken) facility was so off par from its lack of thorogh sanittation to my treatment and aftercare. Never do I have 101.3 ° normally it is 96.7 ° combined with an extremely sore throat that was iexplored with a mere tongue depressor without a light spectrum, no gland feel just a distant observe and and all okay to two standard tests both negative. I WAS NOT SEEN AS THE WHOLE PATIENT , now one week later having a sense that I may be heading for pneumonia (as it crept up upon me in a smiliar fashion 4 years prior). My statement shall process yet unlike Arnold Shwartznegger there shall never be a return for such makeshift medical practice. If I could rate it -1 I would .This experience for which I shall pay has sorely dampened my opinion of NW Hospial .As I write one week later I stil sick and congested. They nevwr even bothered to listen to my chest or look in my ears-just textbook tests lacking compassion or duty to Hippocrates. l remain ill, and in my book of understanding my body am moving toward pneumonia .extremely sore throat cough etc. I was only treated off quick intake notes. They never thought to listen to my chest.. y ches chest was never

Do not recommend this place at all! The nurse was rude, didn’t hear one thing I was telling him and was just rushing to get us out of the door. Felt quickly dismissed by the physician and the nurse. Very disappointing for northwestern!

Pre-Covid I had gone twice to NW immediate care and had always had a wonderful experience. I was worried about going this time after reading the reviews, but I’m glad I decided to check it out for my own. My experience was the best in less than an hour I was checked-in, they conducted a tele-visit, ran some tests and was diagnosed. May I add i was a walk-in and my prescription was waiting for me by the time I got to CVS? I truly am grateful for the healthcare team at NW. Thank you.

Yes! It's super easy! Lots of times to choose from
Whatever copay is mandated by your insurance is due at time of service.
Yes, 8am - 7:30pm.
Yes. But you need to have an appointment. Call them up and fix sn appointment
NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR TOMORROW. JAN 1 - HOW DO I SCHEDULE ONE?
They don't do the actual testing there. They test at the northwestern hospital parking garage on Erie. Go to the website and get telemedicine appt. to get order to get tested there.
Yes, and they are very nice there
Yes but not MRI. You're better off going somewhere for an MRI if you think something is broken.
You can call the immediate Care where you had your tests done at and leave a message for the provider to call you back, or you can ask your PCP to explain the results when you see them at your follow-up appointment.
There is a parking garage less than half a block away where the first hour is free
