I understand that these are busy people and see hundreds of people daily. What I don’t understand is that I applied at 5 weeks pregnant in July and turned all the papers in and now I’m 19 weeks pregnant and still haven’t recieved anything?!?!

Girl I’ve been dealing with them since I was 5 weeks pregnant to and now I’m due in 13 days and still dealing with their BS! It’s so ridiculous.

Unfortunately, you have to get there @ 7 am in the morning. There will be a line, but if you get there then, you'll get to see someone by 10 am. They changed their system and its not always cooperative. Don't wait to here back from them because Springfield and the local offices have a terrible disconnect. They answer the phone @8 some of the time if you can't go.
