Why are the offices so under staffed? Will there ever be a day when we can submit our medical receipts, to go towards our spend-down amount, through the internet? This is the 21st century and your website does not allow downloading these.

Tell me about it...i went up their 3 days in a row and had to call cooperate just to get them to see me, mind you i was there for 5 hrs a day. I think they will always be like that... although under staffed is their excuse..i don't understand it...good luck to you.
