Hi Deaundra, Typically no, we do not accept evictions. However, there are certain instances where an exception to this policy may be made. For example, if the eviction is 5 or more years older, any debts associated have been repaid, and positive rental history has since been established, then the application may be considered as long as everything else is able to meet our criteria.
