How can you get an interview with this company when the links don't work nor when you call the phone numbers left do not record messages. I would love to work for this company, but have had no luck getting into the interview process.

I work at Citi, and if you apply online and management is interested, they will reach out to you. If the links aren't working, just come in person and ask if there's someone you could speak to about a position.

I would suggest going down there in person and asking security to let the management know the links are down and asking if they are hiring and tell them you are interested.
