Terrible Service. We were waiting for a seat outside and then got a text that our table was ready. We went to the hostess stand within less than a minute and the hostess told us our table outside accidentally was taken. We were then asked if we wanted to get a seat in the bar and we said yes. Then we asked the waitress if there had been any tables cleared outside in the meantime and there were so we sat outside. She brought us our waters and then we didn’t see her at all again and waited around for 20 minutes before we finally left.

Really good experience, service was much better than the last few times. Food came out promptly (another area that was subpar in our previous visits) and was what we ordered. Our server was quite busy and missed on a few things but nothing notable enough to mention. Feels like they’re under new management and / or have a new sense of focus. We love the food and want to frequent it more, if this experience is an indication of what’s to come, we’ll be back on a more consistent basis. Both managers came by to see how we were, numerous runners and servers were available for assistance as well. Seems like they’re in the up and up, worth a stop in if you’ve had a bad experience in the past.

Kona is taking very high safety measures. They have even hired a sanitation crew that works throughout the day and evening. You will see them, they are the guys walking around with the safety vest. They also have mask at the doors if you don't have one and request that you have a mask in anytime time you are up from your table. As far as I can see they are going above and beyond most establishment here locally in idaho.

Im sure if you have a service dog then yes, but as far as just a place to take your dog with you to go eat no.
They have a dedicated large party room (30 plus seats), and can put together tables for 15 in other areas, just not a private area.
