Thanks everyone. Thank you especially Pink Sugar-bliss for offering to do that. Finally after trying to call since Sunday I got someone on the phone. Unfortunately they did not have the shoe. Ended up ordering the Kyrie 4s.
Look ar online inventory if you 1 or 2 in stock that means they are out. I made the mistake and went with that qty on hand and came back empty

Foot action is very busy around this time of year due to tax season. You're best bet would be to make a visit to the store, or call another location and have them transfer you over to town east.
I would just keep trying if you don't want to make the trip!!
