I have 4 dogs that I can't take care no more do you know how or what I need to take them to the shelter and do they charge any fees to take them in.

If you call them, they will probably tell you it will take a couple weeks. I put mine on Craigslist for free and had someone take him in like 3 days.

If there's a high chance of Euthanasia, why wouldn't you take a chance on a free home being good? At least there's a chance, then. Also, there are no-kill shelters, if you do a little research.

I know the animal shelter does not charge a fee for city residents. Never give a dog away for free online. It is a common way for people to get dogs for fighting and abuse. Also if you surrender a dog it may not have as long of a hold period as a stray since no one will be looking for them. Many dogs surrendered do not make it for adoption and will be killed. People assume dogs surrendered will all find loving homes, most don't get the chance.
