There is another clear the shelter pet adoption evennthis weekend. Is the adoption totally free? Do they put in a microchip? Im looking for a puppy as I lost one recently. She was sick and I didn't know it until it was too late.

I'm not sure if they are really free. I am still looking. I did hear a few couples asking for the chip. They are a good group of people at the shelter and they answer all questions.
