As busy as they are it's probably best to just go over there and look around.
You can call 297-3100 and they should be able to help you. If they have been micro chipped then they could scan the chip and be able to locate you/them sooner. But if they have not been micro chipped they can refer you to resources to get it done and actually get it done for low cost sometimes. Good luck! I know how terrible it must feel to miss a fur child
