Registration is through the state via county at tax offices. In jville, it close to the post office. You may mean inspection (stickers). For that, I go to batman's on south Bolton just after the dialville/may dell cut off. They no longer put an inspection sticker on your car but you get a form to take to the tax office so you can register your car.
