I wish I would have done my research on this company and read all the bad reviews they have. I took my mower in because i had to get the engine replaced… not only did I have to wait three months which to a certain extent I understand since we are in a pandemic and have shortages on everything, but they took the initiative to do things without my permission the muffler is not new they took my old muffler from the engine that broke down and adjusted it to put it on the new one. It looks so bad it’s embarrassing. What is worse is they did it without asking me first. Second when I took my mower in the eye tiger digital device to read the hours was working and when I got it back it no longer reads the hours on it. I called to ask if they would make it right, to fix it or something and they said that they would have to see it and basically it will cost me money to get it replaced. I beg people please read the reviews, this is the worst experience I’ve had with any small engine repair company do not go there!!!! read the reviews.!!!
