Go to membership services, which is the longer side of the desk. Don't go in the first line because that one is only for "returns". With your ID you'll get a "good for one day only" printout of your membership. Now, that is if you just forgot it, if you lost it you'll get s new card and new number on the card linked to your existing account.
And you can go through the side door.
Instead of going through the main entrance, visit the customer support at the returns and questions section. They should be able help you after verifying your identity.
If you know your login you can download the app and use a digital card it just will not work on gas pump but like they said before Service desk will reprint it for you or make you a new one at no extra charge
