They don't even deserve a single star but that's the least I could choose. I went to them on 5/24/2021for my wife. We spoke to the doctor and she took some tests. While everything was normal with some recommendation for low power glasses, I requested for the test reports and the staff was like as if I asked for something unreasonable. The receptionist was so rude and had more and big attitude as if she was doing something out of the way by talking to the people who came to see the doctor. NOt just me, she was rude to most of the people. Will never comeback to this place. NO complaints for the doctor but she has to be bit assertive when telling her staff to take "reasonable" care of her patients. She seemed little helpless in front of her staff. I 'm writing this review because of the experience I had and also because despite telling them how I feel and dont want to be contacted ever again by them, they keep on sending me reminders for my wife's annual check up. There are many places better than them around me, especially, when talking about basic etiquettes on how to deal with people coming to your store/clinic or whatever you want to name it.

Picked great glasses can't wait to get them in 2 weeks great staff thanks Ashely for being knowledgeable with what I asked about my insurance policy and giving me great results afterwards to get my glasses at the end. Plus thanks Dr Phan and your eye technician with making my eye exam very comfortable and being extra careful with me getting contacts for the first time in years that I haven't worn them I feel great with the trial that I was given. Your office receptionist was nice and knowledgeable as well! 👍👍👍👍👍
