I had the worst experience ever. Never felt so PUSHED to shop elsewhere! I called on my way and spoke to manager Divya and asked if a crib was in stock she said they had 2. Told her I was 5 minutes away and she tried to deter me from coming. Saying it may be damage and so on. When we get to the store , there are at least 3 employees standing around doing NOTHING but said they couldn’t help me since they didn’t work in furniture. I was told I need to wait 10-15 minutes until Divya got off the phone with DOOR DASH!!!. When she did get off the phone she passed to Monica who wasn’t much help and kinda rude. Said both the cribs were damaged and she couldn’t help me. I had to ASK for something similar. No offer to look at other items, just starring at me. If I didn’t need a crib that day, I would have never spent $1 there. Very rude both of them. All the employees seem to be just riding the clock, as they never wanted me to come to begin with.

I just came to this store. Poor & horrible service. I would not be referring any associates or clients to this specific location. I wouldn’t even give this location a (1) star.
